A second virtual group option that can be done in conjunction with labs or on it's own is weekly cooking classes over the lunch hour (we'll be making recipes that fit into the lunch hour with time to eat it for lunch and ask questions). All classes will be recorded for people who can't break away at that time so you can also watch the recording and make it for dinner later that day or whenever fits into your schedule! You can sign up by the month or commit to a quarter at a time. Menus will be posted on my website. Everyone who signs up will also receive access to my meal planning and grocery shopping app, where recipes will be shared, you can connect with others in the group, and meal planning becomes much more fun and efficient! Grocery and equipment list will be sent out a week prior to each class.

Committing to regular meal prep time is the best way to see an improvement in body composition and energy when "real" food becomes more available in your fridge. Much like what happens when setting any appointment, claiming that real estate in your calendar helps make it actually happen versus letting yourself talk yourself out of taking care of yourself. Same reason people sign up for personal training sessions - anyone can look up the information online, but there's something especially helpful about the concept of you blocking out the time, showing up, and letting the expert run you through something that's going to help support your specific goals. I work with all kinds of allergies and dietary restrictions so if you have any, speak up because working with them is no problem! Everything I do is gluten-free and I love teaching people how to swap foods in recipes so there's more freedom and fun in cooking. Class begins Wednesday, January 8. Email with any questions and to register.
