This March, we’re excited to launch our Virtual Lunch 'n Learn series where you'll get to look at your own bloodwork though the Comprehensive Wellness Panel. We'll dive into each section so you can better understand your numbers, optimal ranges, and actions you can take to improve your markers for better energy, sleep, and performance!

Comprehensive Wellness Panel blood draw, which includes:

Learning about the difference between lab ranges and optimal ranges in order to identify dysfunctional patterns early and make adjustments before they become more problematic
